Started doodling in SLADE to create a Doom map based on Little Martian’s Retro Texture Pack on which I stumbled on while entertaining the idea of doom mapping. Seems like it would be fitting for something like a gloomy space station. Nothing actually worth defending against and yet here you are, a lone marine fighting daemons on this forgotten piece of floating metal.
Started with some basic corridor with some lighting. Which got refactored fit the base grid (with 8 units/pixels increment) and extend with a hub connecting 3 corridors. At the end of one corridor, a larger room (some sort of storage space ?) currently without lighting. Day well spend ?
I don’t know if this will ever become a real thing…
